Cocktails and Conversations 2011 

At the fourth annual Cocktails & Conversations, members of United Way of the Midlands Young Leaders Society (YLS) and Tocqueville Society came together to reflect on critical community issues and share ideas on topics ranging from volunteerism to  leadership development . The event was held at the Summit Club on May 18^th. During the night member of both societies were provided with Hors d'oeuvres and cocktails while developing professional relationships.

 

YLS members sought opinions of those who have been long standing community leaders and Tocqueville Society members questioned the best ways to tap into the passion of the younger generations.

      

Everyone there was truly invested in making an impact on the community in which we all share.
