Perspectives: The Inclusion Illusion
YLS co-hosted this event with Women in Philanthropy in which diversity was celebrated and discussed. YLS and WIP provided members with the opportunity to engage with Dr. Moss Blachman, Anita Garrett and Charles Weathers from The Weathers Group. The presenters discussed the potential diversity has to open individuals to “new ways of thinking” and the positive effects it can have in the workplace.
Perspectives: The Inclusion Illusion was held at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center and included an hour of networking and dinner before the program began.
